Free illuminating light necklaces for all the kids!

Make your way to Benham’s Grove after the Hometown Holiday Walk, where businesses from the Heart of Centerville and Washington Township will set up the Whoville Vendor Village.

Enjoy a performance of The Nutcracker from the Miami Valley Dance Academy and festive tunes from the Centerville Community Band. The Centerville-Washington Park District will be coordinating GLO-yoga for kids and adults!

The tree-lighting ceremony starts at 5:00 p.m. This year, representatives from Ohio Magazine will present Mayor Brooks Compton with an award for being named one of Ohio’s Best Hometowns.

The crowd will also cheer on the Centerville Jazz Band as they march Santa into the festivities!

We plan to flip the switch on the tree at 5:30 p.m. Afterward, treat yourself to coffee, hot chocolate and cookies while you visit with Santa!
