Benham's Grove
A 19th century Victorian farmhouse complex nestled in the heart of Centerville, Benham's Grove is an oasis amid this modern suburban community. Located on N. Main Street north of the I-675/S.R. 48 interchange, Benham's Grove is the perfect getaway from the board room or hotel when you are planning your next business meeting or event.
You can rent individual meeting rooms, individuals facilities - the Gerber House, Cottage, and Barn, or you can rent the entire Benham's Grove complex. Our facilities are ideal for any group sizes ranging from 10-200.
Kitchen facilities located in both the Gerber House and the Barn allow for ease in catering your event. A ready supply of tables and chairs are available, and our staff will set them up for you. This non-smoking complex is handicap accessible, with the exception of the second floor of the Gerber House, (which includes the Fireplace Meeting Room) and has ample parking on-site.

The Golf Club at Yankee Trace
The Golf Club at Yankee Trace is perfectly suited to host your next business meeting or event. Catering to groups of 5 to 250, you can rent the full banquet room, half room or quarter room. The facility is equipped to handle your needs with podiums, display tables, audio visual equipment, internet access, and more.
In addition, The Golf Club at Yankee Trace offers several Golf Outing packages that are tailored for your needs. The 27-hole, championship course is one of the area's finest. Designed by internationally recognized golf course architect Gene Bates, the course holds challenge and interest for both novice and experienced golfers.

Stubbs Park
Leonard E. Stubbs Memorial Park & Centerville Community Amphitheater is located at 255 W. Spring Valley Rd.; just west of State Route 48. Stubbs Park is an ideal setting for corporate picnics, family outings, special activities at the amphitheater, or simply a quiet place for lunch or stroll.
Stubbs Park offers the following amenities:
