Cornerstone Park is located in the heart of the Cornerstone of Centerville development near the intersection of Feedwire Road and Wilmington Pike. The park features 11 acres of trails and greenspace accompanied by a landscaped multi-level plaza that includes the Celebration art sculpture and a covered pond overlook.

This signifies the culmination of years of work, including cooperation and partnership with Oberer Developers and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR). ODNR awarded a $1 million Clean Ohio Fund grant for the passive parkland that preserves a headwater stream.

Cornerstone Park is home to one of two Centerville’s first Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA)

The DORA allows businesses with proper liquor licenses to sell adult beverages in authorized plastic DORA cups. These beverages can be taken off the business premises and consumed only within the DORA boundary. The state-approved DORA will operate seven days a week between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.

The state of Ohio supports City Council’s belief that a DORA is an innovative policy that will create a unique experience for businesses and residents.
