Mission

The Corporation is formed for the purpose of advancing, encouraging and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of the City of Centerville, Montgomery and Greene Counties, Ohio and in furtherance, thereof, to have all the powers granted a corporation not for profit that is a community improvement corporation under Chapter 1702 and 1724 of the Ohio Revised Code, as such now exist or as the same may be amended from time to time.
