The purpose of the Planning Commission is to review new applications for development. The Commission enforces and interprets the City's land use ordinances including the zoning laws, subdivision regulations, and parkland dedication. The Planning Commission also serves as the Property Review Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals in the event that someone files an appeal or variance.
